When you submit an enquiry or place an order we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and delivery address. Where you complete a configuration, we also store the specification you built.
Card details are never seen or stored by us — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
Why we hold it
To prepare quotations, fulfil orders, provide warranty support, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Couriers, so your order can be delivered. Our payment provider, to take payment. Our accountants and tax authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for [NUMBER] years to satisfy tax law. Enquiries that do not become orders are retained for [NUMBER] months.
