Faulty goods
Where hardware is faulty on arrival and cannot be repaired or replaced, we refund it in full including the original delivery charge.
Configured systems
Systems assembled to your specification cannot be refunded for change of mind, since the configuration was chosen by you and built to order. Faults remain covered by the warranty.
Stocked components
Unopened, unused stocked components may be returned within [NUMBER] days of delivery for a refund less any restocking charge stated at the time the return is agreed.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [NUMBER] working days of the returned goods being received and inspected.
