Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to stock availability at the time an order is confirmed. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. For configured systems our standard terms are [PERCENTAGE]% in advance with the balance before dispatch, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when payment has cleared in full.
Warranty and liability
Hardware is covered by the warranty stated at the point of sale. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, and we are not liable for indirect losses including loss of data, profit or business interruption.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction.
