Installation & setup
Hardware arrives configured and tested. If you would rather we finished the job on site, that can be arranged.
What we do before dispatch, at no extra cost
Assemble the build, update BIOS and firmware, configure RAID to your chosen level, run a burn-in test, and install the operating system where one was ordered.
Systems leave us in a state where you can rack them, connect power and network, and log in.
On-site installation
We can rack and cable the equipment, configure networking, migrate data from existing systems, and hand over with documentation. This is quoted separately because it depends on site, distance and scope.
Tell us the site address, rack availability, power arrangement and what the machine is replacing, and we will quote accurately.
Remote assistance
For straightforward setups, a scheduled remote session is usually enough and costs nothing during the warranty period.
