Warranty & AMC
Every system we supply carries a written warranty, and we offer annual maintenance contracts for hardware that has to stay up.
What the standard warranty covers
New hardware ships with the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page, typically 36 months. Refurbished hardware carries our own written warranty, usually 12 months, covering component failure under normal operating conditions.
Where a part fails within the warranty period we repair or replace it. Which of the two applies depends on the part and on stock; we will tell you which before we act.
What it does not cover
Physical damage, liquid ingress, power surges where no protection was fitted, unauthorised modification, and consumables such as batteries past their rated life.
Software faults are outside hardware warranty, though we will usually help you diagnose whether a problem is hardware or software before anyone spends money.
Annual maintenance contracts
An AMC extends cover beyond the standard warranty and adds a response commitment. Contracts are priced per system and depend on location, response window and whether spares are held on your site or ours.
For a quotation, tell us the models, serial numbers, site addresses and the response time you need.
Raising a warranty claim
Email us the invoice number, serial number and a description of the fault, including any diagnostic LEDs or error messages. We will respond with next steps and, where a return is needed, packing instructions.
